Brokerage Service for all ages.

Brokerage is the provision of WRESACARE staff to other organisations or individuals for which a charge is made. WRESACARE is able to provide staff to work with various age groups of clients in the community, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

How it works.

Each person/family who uses the services is provided with:

Choice of workers matched to meet their needs and interests
Consistency of key worker/s and back up worker
Attention to cultural and linguistic needs
After hours on call support

Staff.

WRESACARE employ in excess of 100 casual staff who are chosen for their abilities and individual skills in providing a quality respite service. All staff are thoroughly screened, police checked and given continual ongoing training by the association. WRESACARE can provide specialised trained staff with notice where required.
